PRESENTER GUIDELINES

All plenary sessions take place in the Sky Room.

Please bring your presentation on a USB drive in 16:9 format (to get the best image) to the Sky room during the break prior to your session. Audio-visual equipment as well as a presenter’s tool (clicker) will be provided at the lectern.

All presentations must be pre-loaded onto the AV laptop minimum 1 hour prior to the session commencing. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help you check your presentation.

Selected abstracts will have 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for Q&A.
Keynote/Invited speakers will have 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

POSTER PRESENTER GUIDELINES

Posters should be size A0 portrait orientation and can be attached to the poster boards with Velcro. Additional Velcro supplies can be obtained from the registration desk. The poster boards are located in the Sky Room Foyer and Terrace and numbered according to the Poster Listing in this App.

There will be 1 dedicated poster session: 17:00 - 18:00 Thursday 11 July. Presenters can display their poster from morning tea on Thursday.
Posters must be removed after morning tea and by 11:00 Friday 12 July.

If your poster is not removed by the above pack-up time, it will be taken down and left at the registration desk. Any posters not collected by 12:00 Friday 12 July will be disposed of. 
Velcro will be provided on your poster panel for easy display. 

Please note that we are unable to assist with the storing, freighting and packing down of any posters.
